Strange timinig constraints error + Possible BUG in Quartus II 14.1.1

Hi After compiling the project with Quartus II. These timing constraint errors have been displayed: 

   Slack From To Recommendations 1 -0.441 SENSOR_TOP:\GEN_P...han3~62_OTERM597 SENSOR_TOP:\GEN_P...han3~62_OTERM597 Report recommendations for this path 2 -0.364 SENSOR_TOP:\GEN_P...han3~62_OTERM597 SENSOR_TOP:\GEN_P...han3~62_OTERM597 Report recommendations for this path 3 -0.359 SENSOR_TOP:\GEN_P...han3~62_OTERM597 SENSOR_TOP:\GEN_P...han3~62_OTERM597 Report recommendations for this path 4 -0.339 SENSOR_TOP:\GEN_P...han3~62_OTERM597 SENSOR_TOP:\GEN_P...han3~62_OTERM597 Report recommendations for this path 5 -0.262 SENSOR_TOP:\GEN_P...han3~62_OTERM597 SENSOR_TOP:\GEN_P...han3~62_OTERM597 Report recommendations for this path  Then when I click into "Report recommendations for this path" to analyze this error with time quest analyzer, the time quest analyzer gives me another error and it is closed automatically.
