This Code works on DE2 board (Digital clock with alarm)?

Plz check this link. there is VHDL code for digital alarm clock. i want to know this code can use in DE2 board because i haven't buy yet. if you have DE2 board plz try and reply. for my final year project :(

THis is very basic VHDL code. It should be compilable for any FPGA.

i am afraid that is not working my money will lost because DE2 board is $300 and it is expensive for student.
