TimeQuest Definitions

Can someone point me to a resource that defines the terms cell, IC, uTco, uTsu that TimeQuest uses in its Data Path Type column? 

 I can guess at the definitions but I'd like a source to quote.  Thank you

I don't know of a source, but most of them are pretty standard. IC is the only one I've seen cause confusion, which stands for InterConnect(i.e. routing). The u for microparameters like uTco and uTsu are just the parameters of the register.
