Unexpected Error in JTAG server Bad TAP position

Trying to run the Program/Configure option with the BSP base.sof but running into the error of Bad Tap position

Hi,

 

There are no pins to set on the card itself for the first link.

 

I did try using the Auto detect feature when gathering the information on the card, it does pull the information. After selecting the base.sof to program is when running into the Bad Tap Position
