What is the quickest way to tell if a design meets timing (litmus test)? Without going through the detailed report?

If you compile and see no red reports in the Timing Analyzer folder in the Compilation Report, you're meeting timing.

Steven are correct. Basically checking on any red notification in each of timing corner model.
