I want to use PCI Express IP in Qsys for my next project. When I click "document" (http://www.altera.com/products/ip/iup/pci-express/m-alt-pcie8.html) link from qsys, it is showing "the page is not longer available". Is there any method by which I can get this document?

NB: I am using Quartus II 11.0.

I went through that document, but in that Quartus II 14.0 is considered as default ISE. But I am using Quartus II 11.0 in which I am not able to find IP Catalog (as per Page 23).

The IP catalog was introduced in 14.0. Prior to that it was the MegaWizard manager.

Under 'Tools', select 'MegaWizard Plug-In Manager'. Select 'Create a new...' and click 'Next'.

Type 'pci' into the search box. It'll automatically filter all relevant IP. Under there you'll see the PCI Express IP you're after.

Cheers,

By the way, probably you could also highlight the document link bug in Qsys to Altera for fixes.
