Window SignalTap II Logic Analyzer does not appear

For a designer the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer windows does not appear. 

 

We use quartus II v9.1. 

 

We run on linux. 

 

In my account the window appears on the screen. 

 

Is this problem a known problem ?
