avalon-MM interface to AXI interface interconnect

I want to use Quartus & Qsys. I generated the DDR3 SDRAM with Avlon-MM slave interface. I have a requirement to connect this interface to AXI 4 master interface. Please let me know how to make this happen. how to gnerate the Qsys.
