i am designing a system that some peripheral devices like ethernet and SATA and rapidio communicate with host through FPGA. and FPGA connect to the host through PCIE. How can i control the peripheral devices with one PCIE.

You probably need to create your own logic or bridge to communicate with difference peripheral devices via PCIe BAR with difference base addresses.
