how to generate a Truth table

Hello everybody!! 

I made a block diagram and the simulation waveform. Now I'am just looking for mistakes. I would like to ask you if there is another tool that generate a truth table, because the waveform is great, but a it's complcate to correct my project!

I know this ancient but it was never answered and I'm wondering the same thing.
