Hi,
I am doing setup in Azure vm. so there is no scope to check "whether a jtag or usb-jtag cable has been properly to the board" or we should assume that was plugged properly.
I have tried you link as well. but no use

Hi ,
Please let us know the results obtained after running the jtagconfig,
You may also have to explore on how the devices work in the Azure VM.
Thanks and Regards
Anil
