Using a Max 10 FPGA. .sof file will program correctly but .pof does not.
Two devices on the board. We pulled nstatus and nConfig high and one now works but the other still doesn’t.
Are there any other important pins and why is one working but the other isn’t?

Hi, when you said not able to program with POF, is it during the stage where you are programming it using Quartus ? or boot up? Any error message?

Using Quartus. No error message. It goes to 100%, but does not work. Again we had this message with both of them at first and the nstatus and nconfig fixed one but not the other.

No, you shouldnt pull the nstatus and nconfig by urself. It seems to me that the bitstream programmed is corrupted as your configuration is still happening or the configuration pin on the board is shorted or having problem.
