quartus II webedition 9.1 simulator tool not working

Hello, 

 I am using quartus 9.1 web edition. In the simulator tool every time I simulate (in both timing and functional simulation) and click the report button I get a error message saying quartus is not responding. Kindly help!!

 I'm facing same issue. Did you find any solution? I realized that it happened after updating Windows 10 with the latest Anniversary update.  Request assistance.   Thanks.

   --- Quote Start ---  Quartus 9.1 only supports Windows XP.  --- Quote End ---    I have been using Quartus 9.1 successfully without the anniversary update for Windows 10.  I'm using Cyclone III. For that, can I use Quartus II v13.1 with Windows 10?  Thanks, Harshad.
