I am using win Xp pro;
When I run quartus compilation after modify a desing, it seems to compile correctly but it doen't seems to be able to create a new .sof file. in the propject folder, i find only the pervious version of the *.sof file. could anyone help me?Link Copied

I am using VIP cores, the device I qould like to configure is a cyclone2.
Yes, there are old sof-file, on the first compilation I get correct results. The previous run is also done with a quartus2 web edition.- Mark as New

Someone (sys admin) just set up and configured a Sophos Antivirus.
I'tried to uninstall and reinstall the quartus, but still the same problem. Maybe I didin't search the registry.- Mark as New

Well, It was like the pogram hadn't write permissions, or any sectors oh the hard drive where damaged.
I formatted my hard drive and reinstalled quartus and windows, it seems to work all properly now.
