"No device installed" in Quartus II 13.0

Just installed Quartus II 13.0 in windows 8 64bit, but whenever I try to open a new project , it says no device installed. used the version 10.1 before and ha no such troubles. any idea why????? thanks in advance.

Did you installed devices too? https://www.altera.com/download/sw/dnl-sw-index.jsp -> "Select by Device"
