use OpenCL kit as a general FPGA development kit?

Hi,

Is it possible to use one Nallatech OpenCL Board as one general FPGA kit? For example, using it to run application examples provided by Altera. And after that, restore the board as its original OpenCL accelerator?

If so, what should I pay attention to when I assign all the pin locations in my custom example, and program the FPGA? Can I use partial reconfiguration on it?

Thanks.
