Hello

I'm working with a customer who purchased part number DK-SOC-1SSX-H-D. He is needing assistance enabling the 16GB memory. Customer stated the following.

Hello,

I'm Adzim, application engineer will assist you in this thread.

From my understanding on the customer statement, he want to use a different external memory with Stratix 10 SoC devkit.

Currently the DDR4 SODIMM memory part number is MTA18ASF2G72HZ.

Which memory part that they want to use?

Can you gather some information on EMIF IP setting? You may ask for some snapshots of the EMIF IP GUI.

Regards,

Adzim
