After subscribing to Intel PCS services, is there any charge in the future?

I am from a small company in China, and I am currently planning to set up a PCCS  to support customers' SGX remote attestation needs. I would like to know if there is a possibility of charges for the PCS services provided by Intel in the future.

Intel does not currently charge for access to the Provisioning Certification Service, but cannot guarantee this won’t change in the future. If this did change, we would strive to provide some level of advance public notice.
