DCAP PCCS removed from SGXDataCenterAttestationPrimitives

PCCS is removed from SGXDataCenterAttestationPrimitives repo, and I basically have the same question as those left in the PR

If I understand the PR comment correctly, Intel is not going to maintain the reference implementation of the PCCS anymore?
If this is the case, I would like to ask:

why is the PCCS not part of the repository anymore?
will upcoming versions of DCAP still be compatible with the old PCCS?
are there any recommendations for current users of the PCCS reference implementation?
