Error runnning iclsClient

Installation guide says "Download [iclsClient] and install it using the following commands:

sudo yum install iclsClient-1.45.449.12-1.x86_64.rpm

Running that command, I get "error: unpacking of archive failed on file /opt/Intel/iclsClient/EPIDGroupCertLegacy.cer;5bc79396: cpio: read

Verifying: iclsClient-1.45.449.12-1.x86_64

What is the CPIDGroupCertlegacy.cer file its apparently trying to read and how does it get there?
