Why is SGX only supported in E3 not E5, E7

Hello, it seems that SGX is only available until the Intel Xeon E3 generation, is there a reason why Xeon E5 and E7 do not support SGX any longer? Therefore SGX cannot be supported in a lot of cloud providers due to the hardware incompatibility.

Can I have more clear visibility on the roadmap of SGX? Especially the list of the current and near future hardware supports.

Thanks

Hello.  We would like to clarify that SGX became available on E3 server first, in 2017.  You will need to work with your server supplier or team for the E5 and E7 product and feature roadmaps. Thank you.
