broken link for sample C# app with SGX support

"C# Application with Intel Software Guard Extension.pdf" download link seems to be broken. The "With_SGX_Support.7z" is password protected. Does anyone know the password?

Also the "C# Application with Intel Software Guard Extension.pdf" download link seems to be broken.

I have removed the password for sample application and upload the new .pdf file. please check it and conform.
