how to download the last version of sgx sdk

I have received an email  from intel which told me an update  for sdg sdk is  avaliable.

But what i could download from the link pointing to sgx sdk 2.12.100 is still the  2.11.100. And I got  Visual Studio integration issue with the old one. So I want to use 2.12.100

Hello TrueAbc,

Click Get Started with the SDK -> Download Windows* SDK

You will be asked to register in Intel Registration Center then taken to the download page for the Intel SGX SDK for Windows 2.12.
