I am trying to redeem coupon code, it throws error

"Error the provided coupon code (XXXnX-XnXX-XnXX ) does not exists. please provide a valid coupon code

I am using the coupon code that is available at

To redeem the coupon code, please fill up the Cloud Credits Request form and submit it to request for cloud credits. Do let us know if you are facing any other issues.
