I have the same problem. Non of the Jupyter instances seem to be able to start.

For your information, this is part of a new update on Intel® Tiber™ Developer Cloud (ITDC), where notebook usage now requires a cloud coupon and re-authentication. Kindly contact itdc_training_requests@intel.com to request a coupon to launch the trainings. Due to high demand for cloud coupon, kindly expect some delays in receiving them.
