Our team was assigned a Gaudi VM machine. We were working on the same, but lately we're not able to login into the Gaudi VM machine.

Could you provide us a screenshot of the error that you are facing for further investigation? At the same time, please provide us with the Intel® Tiber™ Developer Cloud Instance Details as below:
Instance type:
Resource ID:
Created at:
Instance IP address:
Region (us-region-1/us-region-2):
Cloud Account ID:
The instance details can be found at Intel® Tiber™ Developer Cloud, in the Compute section under Instances. Click on your instance name in the Instance Name column to view instance type information. On the other hand, the cloud account ID can be found by clicking on your profile icon on the upper right of Intel® Tiber™ Developer Cloud. Please refer to the image below.
