Unhandled Error Starting JupyterHub Server for Training

Hi,

I’ve been encountering an issue on the Intel Tiber Cloud Platform for the past three days. Since submitting a coupon, I’ve been receiving an “Unhandled Error Starting Server” message on JupyterHub, which has prevented me from accessing my server.

I would greatly appreciate any help from the team.

Hello, your case has been investigated by our Slurm team. It seems you're scripting to launch Jupyter directly from Jupyter link, which is not allowed. Could you try again through IDC console? Do you require further assistance?

Hi,

Thank you for your response to my issue.

Unfortunately, the problem has persisted throughout the last three days. I always launch the trainings from the IDC console, but without any success. In an effort to resolve the issue, I’ve tried playing with token and home tabs in addition to editing the URL and I am sorry for that, I tried revoking and recreating API tokens, adding and removing servers, and adjusting settings related to my browser and session, all to no avail.

I’d appreciate any further guidance you can offer.
