Not sure which TXT to install

I recently got a mini pc and I needed to have is it update but for some reason several updates wouldn't show up in either the intel support program or windows update. Is there a way to update a certain program of sorts the lets me find out how to upgrade all that is needed for the mini pc? 

As far as I know I downloaded a driver finder app onto my pc and it showed I need a 740.7 MB that was available on 10/11/2015
