Cannot install unison app on appstore

Interesting problem here. I cannot install intel unison app form appstore. It's just simply not...

I'm using Iphone 13

I have free space

Using IOS1.6.1

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I understand that you have some inquiries about the Intel® Unison™ app. 

In order to better assist you, please provide the following:  

1. Did the app come Pre-Installed? 

2. What is the operating system version and build? 

3. What is the unison PC App version? 

4. What is the mobile Unison app version? 

5. What is the Computer Brand, model, and Intel Processor? 

6. What is the intel Wi-Fi & Bluetooth adapter model used and version? 

7. Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system.  

• Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html  
• Open the application, check the "Everything" checkbox, and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".  
• To save your scan, click Next and click Save.

After waiting for 6-7 days. I successfully installed the app from appstore. I think its probably problem of the cloud service of the appstore.
