Intel Unison is blocked

Hey,

 

We cannot get Intel unison running because Windows tells us that "this app has been blocked by your system administrator" even though we haven't blocked it and we have checked all kinds of virus & firewall programs that they are not blocking it. Do you have any idea what might cause that problem?
