iPhone call audio not routing to PC

Hello,

I recently installed the Intel Unison and paired my iphone. I can send and receive messages as well as make calls, but the call audio does not route to the PC. It attempts to, then switches back to the phone. I've verified it has all of the necessary permissions on the iphone.

Intel Unison App Version: u:20.17.5323.0/c:20.17.6760.0
iOS Version: 17.2.1.
Windows Version: 23H2.

Let me know if you need any more information.

Thanks,

Scott

Hello,

Did you by chance have auto-answering on? I had the same issue and after disabling auto-answering, all the receiving calls started to use PC mic as default. Before this fix, only out-going calls were using PC mic and incoming calls tried to use PC mic but immediately switched to phone mic.

Hello johnbyebye,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the Unison routing issue. Our team is working hard to find a solution, but we cannot guarantee a timeline for the fix. If we do find a fix, we will update you on the community thread and the future driver release notes For now, I hope it is ok if we proceed in closing this thread while working on this issue.

i just want to report that i am having the same problem as johnbyebye on my Asus Zenbook Duo. i have to talk through the iPhone 15 Pro Max instead of the Zenbook mic. Is this getting fixed?

I also have the same issue: once you start the call, the Microphone tries connecting to your phone, but it is not changeable for both the output and input even before the call connects. Currently right now my computer has the right output but is not using the correct input as it originally connects to the sub mix which then I have to hear myself during calls which is not ideal.Screenshot 2025-01-20 145004.png

I will say I also tried the reset sound devices and volumes for all apps at the bottom of Volume Mixer in Windows and not even that worked.
