intel unison works then does not work

Intel Unison Messages were not appearing on my Windows 11 PC.

This morning, I asked friends to message me and was delighted to see the messages appear on my PC!

An hour later i saw messages appear on my Phone and iPad. BUT NOT ON MY PC.

Over the last two weeks I've attempted numerous ways to get it working but no real luck.

Ideas?

PS Photo Gallery works like a charm - love it.

I'm afraid to reinstall Unison because I may "break" Photo Gallery.

Thank you for posting in our Intel communities.

Please try to reboot your system, then reconnect the Intel Unison app to your system.

Once again, thanks for your patience and persistence.

Gallery works perfectly.

I am unaware of any changes to my system.

I seem to have no issues sending messages from my PC.

Earlier today I received 3 messages that appeared on iPhone, Ipad, and Unison. I felt good about that.

A few hours later I received a message that appeared on iPhone and iPad.

BUT NOT ON UNISON

The message did include an attached image. The sender uses an iPhone.

My configuration:

Windows 11 23H2

iPhone 11

iOS Version 17.41

Cellular is not turned on. Should it be?

Is there a way to refresh the list of messages?

Can I message more than one person on the same message?

Is it possible to delete selected messages via unison or should I use iPhone for that?

PS I learned that closing unison “removes all messages.”

Thank you so much for the response.

We have here a guide on how to use the Unison app. I have attached the file so we can use it as our reference.

For the first question, "Is there a way to refresh the list of messages?" please check the incoming message on page 29. and the message screen elements on page 25, as they are the only related topics with regards to refreshing messages.

Then, for the second question: "Can I message more than one person on the same message?" please check the Creating Group Message on page 29 to see if this is the one that you were looking for.

And as for the third question: "Is it possible to delete selected messages via unison, or should I use my iPhone for that?", May I know if you have tried to right-click one of the messages and if there is an option to delete the message? or or highlight a message then press on the delete button in the keyboard will delete the message?
