1200sp and snmp

I'm setting up SNMP alerts using OID values for a 1200sp board. The goal is to have IPHOST Network Monitor Client report when a fan goes below the threshold (i.e., reports as down). Currently, I'm testing this setup using my desktop computer. In the BMC web console, I can only configure email alerts and a trap receiver. While SNMP works when I test it with the iReasoning MIB browser on my computer, the alerts are not reaching our IPHOST Network Monitor.

Additionally, could you provide guidance on identifying the correct OIDs to monitor for the 1200sp board? Is there documentation available that details the OIDs for this hardware? Instead of setting up a trap receiver, is there another way to monitor if an OID value goes below a certain threshold?
