Dear Sir/Madam,
I met a problem while the bring-up. After the processor installed(Q-SPEC: Q435) and AC power turned on, the motherboard failed to start up. The LED of SKT0_FLT flashed rapidly and the POST code is 0A. All the jumper settings have been changed properly according to Theory of OPerations(TOPs).
