Can't upgrade ss4200-e firmware

I am trying to upgrade the firmware in my new-ish ss4200-e to 1.1.11.32736. When I go the the upgrade page and browse to the folder withthe tgz file, "the file does not exist, check the file name!". I currently have ver 1.0.8.29352.

Try a different browser. Some versions of Mozilla Firefox don't work properly with firmware upgrade. Did you try IE?
