We have purchased an entry-level server motherboard (S1200BTL) with two SSD (Intel 320). I would like to install CentOS system.
Now faced with it, that does not work the TRIM function on the Raid array.
When expected the driver that will be supported?
Is this possibe that otherwise maintain the SSD-s?

arpiska,
ESRT2 does not support TRIM. At this point I'm unaware of plans to do so.
Intel RST and the upcoming RST enterprise (RSTe) is planning for TRIM support, but when that will be I do not know.
Redhat is a supported OS with the ESRT2 driver and I know CentOS is based upon the Linux kernel from Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), but CentOS is not directly support with ESRT2.

John
I read with regret, that there is no plan for ESRT2 TRIM support.
It has better supported with Linux systems.
Will the RST support RAID1? I have read somewhere, tha will support only RAID0.
Yes, CentOS is not RedHat, but maintain 100% binary compability with Red Hat.
I want to try and hope that everything will work...
