I recently got a Xeon E5-2697v3 and tried to delid it to direct die cool it for experimentation, however, as there was no previous attempts I found, I did not know how far to push and scraped some of the SMD capacitors on the PCB off. Is there a data sheet which can tell me the type of capacitors which fit in each of the positions around the die so I can order replacements to get it operational? The E5-2697v3 should be the HCC (high core count) die.

Hello Azhari,
I apologize, I did not know what section to post my question in. Thank you for the response, I knew the Haswell-EP line no longer receives support, but I thought that more so meant processor replacements and microcode updates. May I keep my question in the other forum section to see if any community users may know? I am not sure if anyone outside of Intel has the capacitor layout though, it is a pretty niche specification.
Sincerely,
Alexandru Crisan
