Since you were checking for any option/suggestion for using a processor with VRAN boosted but with alternative to QAT that perform the same as Hardware QAT, Please be informed that we are unable to provide a suggestion because each system built is designed for one type of workload.

What we can suggest you is that all Xeon processors (4th and 5th Generation) that support QAT have a technology that could be similar to what you were trying to accomplish.

Also, we recommend you to check Intel® Turbo Boost Technology, which dynamically increases the processor's frequency as needed by taking advantage of thermal and power headroom to give you a burst of speed when you need it, and increased energy efficiency when you don’t.
