S2600GZ with NVIDIA GRID K1 boots with error code 146 (PCIE out of resources)

After installing an NVIDIA GRID K1 PCIE card into the R2224GZ4GC4 server the units boots with the error code 146, PCIE is out of resources. The NVIDIA card is the only expansion card installed other than the integrated SAS RAID module. The setup menu indicates the RAID module is not installed with the NVIDIA card installed and the PCIE OP ROM configuration disappears.
