Dear all:
We found another strange problem. After updating the whole firmware completely,from the BMC Web we can check that the "exit air temp" sensor had output data, but when the server lost power supply and restarted power again, the "exit air temp" sensor status showed Unknown, and the fan speed was not normal.
Server Board is S2600BPS and S2600BPB

Through the test;
Restore the BIOS default settings by setting BIOS default pin on the motherboard-S2600BP, then connect the AC power for the first time, log in the BMC web interface and find that the exit air temp has data. But the second time AC power was connected, exit air temp displays unknown.
Why is the result different after resetting BIOS, disconnecting AC twice and reconnecting?
Hello DuYU,
Since the issue started after the update, please try the latest firmware release 02.01.0009.

Hello Duyu,
Thank you for the information.
Please try to clear the CMOS of your system, refer to the Technical Product Specification on page 86
Clearing and resetting the server board CMOS is required after every processor configuration change. Clear-ing and resetting the CMOS is achieved by setting the “BIOS DEFAULT” jumper on the server board. See Chapter 8, Configuration and recovery jumpers.

Additionally, please try to load the BIOS default settings.
