Server crash in Idle Mode or during backup

If Intel server crash in Idle Mode, are there general recommended procedures to find the root cause?

Same question for the situation if the Intel server crash during backup.

Thanks for help and ideas.

Most of the Intel servers have various log files to keep track the conditions of the servers. Find the technical manual of your board and it should tell you.
