Server s5000palr

Hi can anyone help me please.

I have a intel s5000 palr server that a bought from someone that had to clean out a storage unit so long story short i have cleaned it and installed a hdd because it has nothing except for cpu and ram so i turn it on the but no display
Diag leds
Are from usb port
Red red red green or from the other side
Green red red red
No display cmos is cleared admin password resetted i don't know what is the problem with display
