Tester for CPU pk8071305554500

Hi Team

 

I´m part of Jabil Circuit and I am looking for a solution for the CPU´s pk8071305554500, 497 & 501.

We usuaally have CPUs with the heatsink installed, but I need a solution to read out the CPU serial number without removing the heatsink.

 

Is there a tester stand alone for the CPUs to power up and read the serial number?

 

please let me know.
