Unable to boot to IDA v5 on S2600CP

I've been pulling out my hair trying to solve this, a new S2600CP Board, dual Xeon E5-2630s, is unable to boot to the IDA v5. I've tried several different types of media, including USB boot, and several copies of the disc, however I always receive a "Unable to access boot device" error.

So far I've replaced RAM (Currently using 16GB of Crucial workstation RAM), both processors (tried with a single processor as well), multiple boards (fully up-to-date firmware), every SATA configuration, and several different methods of booting to the IDA.

I'm at complete loss here.

If you're using a SATA optical drive, set it in AHCI mode. During boot, press F2 and go to "Boot Manager" to select boot device.

You may also try to burn another IDA CD using from the image: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=21848 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=21848
