Where to download FIT (Flash Image Tool) for SPS v5.0

Dear Intel,

I've been working on firmware with C246 chipset and Xeon E-2186G.  FIT( Flash Image Tool) for SPSv5.0 is needed. May I ask how could I get the tools? Thanks.
