modular server problem with esxi 4

I'm having trouble booting into "virtual machine esx4i.

 

When Windows Server 2008 starts I get a message that I try to run 64-bit operating system on which the processor does not support 64-bit instructions

 

A few days earlier everything was ok

Check if Virtualization Technology is enabled in BIOS, and check the virtual machine settings.
