Install intel-oneapi-base-toolkit-2025.2.1.44 version on Red hat Linux 7.x

hello , 

I want to install intel-oneapi-base-toolkit-2025.2.1.44 and intel-oneapi-HPC-toolkit 2025.2.1.44 on Linux  Red Hat 7.x .

I have download intel-oneapi-base-toolkit-2025.2.1.44_offline.sh but when I run it , message error archive corrupted , its' the same with HPC toolkit 

For install in a /applis/intel-oneapi-base-toolkit-2025.2.1.44  directory , it's only necessary (because no network) to run the .sh ?
