Can you tell me if MKL and IPP (Intel Performance Primitives) are free to use in third-party proprietary programs?

Thank you for your answer. I have read the Simplified License. But on the your link only MKL is mentioned. Is IPP run under this license too?

yes, this applicable to IPP lib too.
