I want to use MKL to develop commercial software. I use gcc in linux, i don't need your compilers.
so, how How do I obtain authorization from Intel for redistribution?

For commercial software you need to have COM license of MKL and also please take a look at the MKL license FAQ follow this link: https://software.intel.com/en-us/mkl/license-faq

Hi
I agree that the https://software.intel.com/en-us/license/intel-simplified-software-license is enough for the MKL itself.
But what about the FFTW2 or 3 wrapper ? Just using the fftw3 header is under BSD clause. Have you a special agreement with the MIT for that ?
