An issue with Intel D865PERL

Hey,

I'm using the Intel D865PERL motherboard and I just bought some extra RAM sticks, namely 4GB of OCZ Platinum 2-3-2-5... The issue is that POST and Windows detect only 3.25 GB of RAM... why is that?
